The answer to this might change from agent to agent, but here is a good guide to go by for this question. 25 photos is great for properties 2500sqft and below. 40 photos is best for houses over 2,500sqft. Additional photos might be needed for houses over 4,000sqft. Other factors to consider is lot size, property features (pools, courts, workshops, etc).

Next day delivery is guaranteed for all photo orders. This includes standard photos, drone photos, and floor plans.

Other items such as videos and virtual tours are usually ready next day as well, but I do specify that their turnaround time is 24-72 hours.

A walkthrough video is a fast-paced continuous video of the the property and mainly covers the interior with a few exterior shots added. Usually shot vertically, but can be horizontal as well.

A cinematic real estate video is a polished, visually striking showcase that highlights key features of a property using dynamic shots, music, and editing. Ideal for luxury/larger listings and marketing, it’s designed to create emotional impact and viewer engagement.

I do not collect payment until the media is delivered to the client. The content is on a “pay before you download” system. Once delivered, you receive the notice to pay for the services.

When your media is delivered, the standard payment option is with a credit or debit card. However, I do accept cash and check as well, but you will need to notify me that you will be using one of those payment methods.

Yes, I am FAA Part 107 certified to legally operate a drone commercially.

While this is ultimately up to you, if the house is under 2500sqft, and you only want photos, the Base Package is always a great option. Any house over 2500sqft, I do recommend The Essential, Deluxe, or Ultimate Packages.
